"Wintery Spring" Layout.

Hi everyone.
Here I am again with another project featuring Scrapbook Werkstatt January kit.
I was inspired by the kit to scrap a wintery spring layout. Since this kit is suitable for winter project and also for spring project.

 

 This layout is about the wintery spring days that we have back in 2013.

I chose some of the soft colours from this kit to create this layout.
I cut some paper stripes and sewed them with the matching thread onto my background cardstock.
Between the paper stripes I also sewed some zig zag stitch to fill in the blank space.
I attached some punched out snowflakes here and there all over the background.
Then I left the leftover thread just so, to create more structure on the background.

I also pull out some soft vellum die cuts from the Heidi Swapp die cut pack from the kit and added it onto my page to match the soft colours of the project.
